I had inherited land with Title issues. It took a long time to iron out the Title issues but it finally went through and I got paid. I’m glad it’s over but I was actually able to sell the property which is good.
I received a letter in the mail and was very suspicious of fraud but checked out their website. After speaking with Beth on the phone she offered to have me contact the Title Company they work with frequently and to inquire about them.
