Hi, I’m Beth. I’m a mom of three little ones and began real estate investing as a hobby 20 years ago but began land investing in 2018. Living here in Texas, I have always enjoyed the outdoors. Whether enjoying hiking with my kids or camping with my family, I was excited to finally invest in something that I truly enjoy and appreciate. TB Properties Buys Land specializes in helping landowners turn burdensome rural, vacant land into cash. Our mission is to help put rural, recreational land into people’s hands who are able to enjoy it as much as my family and I have been doing for many years. Many of the lots we buy are in rural, or undeveloped areas, making them hard to sell through traditional methods.
