  1. I received paperwork from Tim Brown offering to buy a 40 acre parcel of land I have in Marinette County, WI,
    My son prefers that I keep this land so he and his son can use it for deer hunting.
    I am very sorry as I would like to get rid of it, but my son will very upset if I would sell it.
