Today I’m going to answer the question, “Can you sell your vacant land lot, your empty land, without a realtor?” The answer to that question is: of course you can! Everyone’s heard of for sale by owner. People sell their homes for sale by owner all the time. You will also want to make sure that you can be available to show them around the property when they wish to see it. Do expect many not to show up when they schedule with you.
